PS Jailbreak, what is it? The Australian Federal Court has temporarily enjoined retailers from selling or distributing the devices. The court also ordered that a number of PSJailbreaks are to be “released to [Sony] for such analysis, including destructive analysis, as the Applicants think fit, upon the payment to the applicable respondent of its retail price for each such PSJailbreak Device.”
Think about this, if your PS game DVD was scratched and won’t work anymore, will SONY or its dealer send you a new one? or will you be happy to buy a new one from your own pocket? – The best solution is to make a backup DVD. Sony does not provide such function or toolkit for some reason, then here comes PS Jailbreak from third party. Is PS Jailbreak legal?
